A dimensionally accurate ESP32 development-board model created for enclosure design, connector-access checks, and electronics packaging.
Problem
Generic circuit-board models were not accurate enough for enclosure development. Connector positions, pin-header height, button access, mounting clearances, and the antenna area all needed to be represented correctly before the surrounding housing could be designed.

Built with 
I modelled the PCB outline, pin headers, USB connector, control buttons, ESP32 module, and the main board-mounted components that affect mechanical integration. Small electronic details were simplified while the external dimensions and interface locations were preserved. I also defined clearance areas around the connector, buttons, pins, and antenna section.
Outcome
The completed reference model made it possible to position standoffs, openings, ventilation features, and external connectors directly around the board. This reduced uncertainty during enclosure design and helped identify interference before producing a physical prototype.
