Problem
The equipment frame needed a compact wheel assembly that could handle frequent repositioning without sacrificing stability. The selected solution also had to fit within a limited mounting area and leave enough clearance for the brake pedal, fasteners, and surrounding frame components.

I created the wheel, fork, swivel housing, mounting plate, axle, and brake components as a structured CAD assembly. I checked the full swivel envelope, wheel movement, brake-pedal access, and fastener clearances. A simplified version was also prepared for use inside larger machine assemblies without adding unnecessary model complexity.
Outcome
The completed model allowed the caster position, mounting pattern, and surrounding clearances to be verified before the equipment frame was finalized. It also provided a clean reference component that could be reused in future mobile-platform designs.
