Problem
The motor had to be incorporated into a larger machine assembly before the supporting frame and guarding were finalized. The design needed reliable reference geometry for the shaft position, mounting feet, cooling envelope, terminal-box orientation, and maintenance access.

I prepared the motor as a clean mechanical reference model, including the housing, mounting feet, output shaft, cooling fins, fan cover, terminal box, and major external interfaces. Internal geometry that did not affect installation was removed to keep the assembly manageable. I then used the model to review base-plate dimensions, shaft alignment, guard placement, and cable-routing space.
