Upgrading and downgrading
What happens to your content when you move between plans, and when the change takes effect.
Upgrading
An upgrade applies immediately. You are charged the difference for the rest of the current period, and the higher limits are live before the page reloads.
Downgrading
A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep what you bought until then. Before it happens you are shown exactly what will change and given the choice of which projects stay published.
Nothing is ever deleted by a downgrade. Projects over the new plan's published allowance become drafts, files over the new storage allowance stay stored and downloadable, and everything returns the moment you upgrade again.
