Refund Policy

When a refund is given, how to ask, and what is not refundable.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw and receive a full refund. Because this is digital content supplied immediately, you consent at checkout to that immediate supply; we do not treat that consent as waiving the 14-day right, so within 14 days of a first purchase we refund in full regardless of use.

Beyond 14 days

  • A renewal charged after you had already cancelled is refunded in full.
  • A charge for a period during which the service was substantially unavailable through our fault is refunded in proportion.
  • A duplicate or clearly mistaken charge is refunded in full.
  • An unused part of a period after a voluntary mid-term cancellation is not automatically refunded, because your plan stays fully active until that period ends.

The Job Search Pass

The pass is a one-time purchase and follows the same 14-day rule. After 14 days it is not refundable, because it is a fixed-length product that has already begun running.

How to ask

Use the contact form or write to support@provenfolio.com with the date and amount. We answer within 5 working days, and an approved refund is returned to the original payment method — typically within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

Deleting your account does not itself trigger a refund; ask separately if one is due.

This policy describes how the product actually behaves today. If you find something here that does not match what the product does, tell us — that is a bug in one of the two and we will fix it.
