How storage works
- You get a warning at 80%, 95% and 100% of your storage.
- New uploads stop at 100% — your published portfolio stays online.
- You can delete files, upgrade, or add storage at any time.
- There are no automatic overage charges, ever.
- Unlimited projects does not mean unlimited storage.
The fine print, unhidden
What happens when things change.
Cancellation
- Cancel at any time — monthly and annual alike.
- Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.
- We do not issue partial refunds unless the law requires it.
- Annual plans show the renewal price and date before renewing, and we send a reminder first.
Downgrades
- Nothing is deleted when you move to a smaller plan.
- We tell you the date and what changes before anything happens, and you choose which projects stay published.
- Projects above the new limit become drafts on that date — still yours, still editable, just not on your public profile.
- Your public profile stays online, and you can export everything at any time.
- Storage above the new limit becomes read-only until you free up space. Nothing already uploaded is removed.
Failed payments
- We retry the payment automatically.
- You get a 7-day grace period, and we tell you what changes when it ends.
- Your public profile stays online throughout.
- After the grace period your account moves to Essential. You keep editing everything; new uploads pause only if your storage is over the Essential allowance.
- No content is deleted at any point.
Tax and VAT
- Prices include any VAT that applies. The amount you see is the amount you pay.
- Your price does not change at checkout, and it will not change if our tax registration changes.
- Business customers can enter a VAT number at checkout so it appears on the invoice.
- Invoices and receipts are available for every payment.
Fair use
- Premium includes unlimited published projects with 25 GB storage and a 500 MB maximum file size.
- Automated bulk hosting unrelated to portfolio use is not allowed.
- Hosting files that are not connected to a portfolio project is not allowed.
- Very heavy bandwidth use may need a storage or enterprise agreement — we will contact you first.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use Provenfolio for free?
Yes. Essential is free forever, needs no payment card, and gives you a public profile, the CV builder, 3 published projects and 250 MB of storage.
What is launch pricing?
Launch pricing is a temporary introductory discount on the first billing periods. Monthly plans keep the launch price for 6 months and annual plans for the first year, then move to the standard price shown next to every launch price. Launch discounts are not lifetime and cannot be stacked with another discount.
How much do I save by paying annually?
Professional is €69 per year — €5.75 per month, saving €26.88 a year. Premium is €129 per year — €10.75 per month, saving €50.88.
What happens to my work if I downgrade or cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Projects above your new limit become private drafts and you decide which ones stay published. Your public profile stays online, and you can export your content at any time.
Is the 90-Day Job Search Pass a subscription?
No. It is a single payment of €17.99 that lasts 90 days and then stops on its own. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. You can buy one pass per account every 12 months.
What if I run out of storage?
We warn you at 80%, 95% and 100%. At 100% new uploads stop, but everything already published stays online. You can delete files, upgrade, or add 10 GB or 50 GB of extra storage on Professional and Premium. We never charge automatic overage fees.

Can I switch plans later?
